Apolo: “Si explotaba la caldera grande, volaban cuatro manzanas”
El hombre que sobrevivió en forma milagrosa a la explosión del laboratorio Apolo contó su terrible vivencia al salir del sanatorio. “Me acosté a dormir y me explotó la casa”, recordó. Y aseguró que “pudo ser mucho peor”.
“Me trajeron al sanatorio muerto, reunieron a mi familia para decirles que me moría, y por suerte pude salir adelante para contarla”, confesó Juan Carlos, el sobreviviente de la explosión del laboratorio Apolo, ocurrida el lunes 27 de junio pasado. La víctima dormía junto a su esposa y sus hijos en la vivienda lindera al inmueble siniestrado, que quedó reducida a escombros. Y luego apuntó: “Explotó la caldera chica, si explotaba la grande volaban cuatro manzanas alrededor”.
Juan Carlos estuvo un mes en terapia intensiva debido a los traumatismos y a las graves quemaduras que sufrió en el 60 por ciento de su cuerpo. Este viernes salió del sanatorio Británico y habló con el periodista Juan Pedro Aleart (El Tres).
“Quisiera que esto no le ocurra a nadie más, que podamos dormir tranquilos; me dormí y me explotó mi casa”, narró con lágrimas en los ojos.
Respecto de Apolo, denunció que “es un laboratorio que no sé si puede funcionar”. Y agregó que, en su momento, “tiraron abajo la parte trasera del taller de otro vecino para entrar las calderas”.
“Estoy en tratamiento psicológico y mi esposa también”, contó Juan Carlos.
De aquella fatídica noche de la explosión y el incendio, reconstruyó: “Salieron todos menos mi hijo y yo; me cayó el techo encima y yo me caí arriba de mi hijo, lo envolví en una frazada y logré sacarlo”.
“Me caí cinco o seis veces en el trayecto hasta que llegué a uno de los lugares que no recuerdo si era la cocina o pasillo del baño y después me desmayé”, confió. Y añadió que “los vecinos me sacaron, estoy todo quemado pero logré zafar a mi hijo; no sé si fue un acto heroico, fue un acto de un padre”.
Luego, Juan Carlos denunció varias acciones “irregulares” en el funcionamiento del laboratorio: “El taller lo vendió el vecino de al lado, le pagaron con el trabajo del hijo y con dinero; tiraron la parte de atrás del taller para poner las calderas”.
“Explotó la caldera chica, no la grande, si no vuelan cuatro manzanas alrededor”, concluyó.
