Borla pidio exceptuar actividades y dotar de herramientas financieras para jardines maternales
A través de dos proyectos el senador por el departamento San Justo solicitó al Poder Ejecutivo para que analice la viabilidad de exceptuar del cumplimiento del “aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio” y de la prohibición de circular, a la actividad de los instructores de pilates e instructores en general, la apertura de los gimnasios y centros de entrenamiento, y la actividad de fotógrafos en todo el territorio de la Provincia.
El presente pedido radica en que mediante el Decreto N° 493/2020 se prorrogó hasta el 07 de junio del corriente año el aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio y que si bien se han habilitado a la fecha varias actividades, continúa vigente la prohibición en todo el ámbito provincial de desarrollar las actividades aquí solicitadas.
“Por ello, resulta necesario que, dentro del marco del estricto respeto a los protocolos de prevención y preservando todos los esfuerzos de cuarentena que se encuentran haciendo los santafesinos en el marco de esta pandemia, se permita que estas oficios puedan volver a desempeñarse”, aseguró el legislador.
En este sentido solicitó al Poder Ejecutivo para que en virtud de la situación epidemiológica actual, analice la situación económica de los Jardines Maternales, que se vieran afectados por la falta de actividad y los asista con herramientas económicas y financieras previstas en el plexo normativo Provincial para afrontar situaciones de estas características y reparar los daños emergentes.
Los mismos se han visto obligados a cerrar debido a que la situación es insostenible, ya que no reciben ningún tipo de subsidios y las familias han dejado de pagar las cuotas o incluso sacado a sus hijos, ya que en algunos casos no tienen el dinero suficiente por verse afectados también los ingresos familiares, y por otro lado también existen aquellos que si pueden pagar pero que no le encuentran sentido sin la función de guardería que los establecimientos suelen cumplir.
