Buscan a dos niñas que desaparecieron en Goya
Lucio Tomasella sospecha que sus hijas, Abril y Julieta, de nueve y cuatro años, están moviéndose entre Misiones, Brasil y Paraguay. El hombre y su familia las buscan desde el 8 de julio, cuando las chicas se fueron de Goya, Corrientes, con su madre, Carla Pipaón, a La Paz, en Entre Ríos, en un viaje que habían acordado. Desde ese día, Tomasella perdió todo contacto con sus hijas y su ex pareja. El caso se torna dramático porque la presunción es que las niñas están con su madre y el nuevo marido de ella, Facundo Ramírez, ambos con denuncias por delitos sexuales. Pipaón, por difusión de pornografía infantil; Ramírez, por la presunta violación de su propia hija.
“Tenemos pistas de que se mueven entre Misiones, Brasil y Paraguay, en la zona de la Triple Frontera. Pero, hasta ahora, no hay resultados”, señaló Lucio Tomasella a LA NACION. Abril y Julieta Tomasella figuran en la lista de personas perdidas de Interpol. La causa tramita en el Juzgado de Instrucción N° 1, de Goya, a cargo del juez Lucio López Lecube; el fiscal interviniente es Guillermo Barry. La carátula, por ahora, habla de “impedimento de contacto”, pero Tomasella espera que cambie a “sustracción de menores”.
A las niñas las busca Interpol, la Policía Federal, Gendarmería y Prefectura desde hace 50 días. Tras la noticia del viaje a Entre Ríos, los Tomasella no supieron más nada de las dos nenas. Por comentarios del hermano de Pipaón, supieron que la mujer habría vendido la casa que habitaba en Goya.
Cuando Tomasella se enteró de que Ramírez tiene una denuncia en su contra por el presunto abuso sexual de su hija, pidió la tenencia de Julieta y Abril, pero Ramírez dejó la vivienda que compartía con Pipaón y el pedido no prosperó en la Justicia. En medio de la búsqueda de las niñas, la Policía Federal les dio aviso a los Tomasella de que la mujer también tenía una denuncia, por envío de material pornográfico infantil.
Tomasella y Pipaón convivieron durante diez años. Se separaron en diciembre de 2012. “A los dos meses, ella se casó con este hombre [por Ramírez] al que conoció por Facebook. Cuando pedí la tenencia de mis hijas, empezó una guerra, ella me quiso prohibir verlas”, resumió el padre de Abril y Julieta.
Lucio Tomasella es abogado de la Red Infancia Robada, una ONG que dirige la hermana Martha Pelloni. La religiosa, que encabezó las “Marchas del silencio” que se realizaban en Catamarca por el caso María Soledad, grabó un video pidiendo por la aparición de las chicas.
“Tengo todo el apoyo de la hermana Martha. Todos en Goya piden por mis hijas”, aseguró el hombre.
Tomasella viajó a Buenos Aires para difundir su búsqueda y conseguir respaldo oficial. “Estuve reunido con gente del Ministerio de Seguridad de la Nación. Fui muy bien recibido, tomaron mis quejas por la falta de celeridad en la búsqueda”, dijo a LA NACION.
