Debatirán sobre la despenalización del cannabis para uso medicinal
Será hoy en la Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos y contará con la asistencia de diputados. La legisladora Gabriela Troiano adelantó que sus pares nacionales iniciarán el martes la discusión sobre los distintos proyectos. Además afirmó que hay “voluntad de que salga la ley”.
Gabriela Troiano, diputada socialista, dialogó con LT10 y aseguró que la comisión de Salud de la Cámara de Diputados de Nación iniciará el martes la discusión sobre los distintos proyectos. En este sentido hoy se debatirá en Paraná sobre el uso de cannabis medicinal.
La actividad se llevará a cabo esta tarde, a las 17, en la Escuela de Música, Danza y Teatro “Prof. Constancio Carminio” (Italia 61), donde se contará con la presencia de las legisladoras cofirmantes de la iniciativa: Diana Conti (Diputada nacional por Buenos Aires, Frente para la Victoria) y Gabriela Troiano (diputada nacional por Santa Fe, Partido Socialista). También contará con la presencia y disertación de diferentes profesionales.
Los proyectos apuntan a despenalizar la tenencia de marihuana para uso medicinal. “Van a tratar proyectos que tienen que ver con quién hace la investigación y con la producción del medicamento, el tema conflictivo”, aseguró Troiano.
Esta iniciativa, impulsada por distintas ONGs del país, necesita de esta medicina alternativa para el tratamiento de diferentes patologías. En ese sentido, “hay voluntad de que salga la ley” aseguró Troiano y agregó que “la idea es que las universidades lleven adelante la investigación y la produzcan los laboratorios nacionales”. “Esto es para garantizar el acceso al medicamento y evitar intereses privados”, cerró
