En Rosario habilitan mesas para seis en bares y restaurantes
El municipio permitió que un “factor de ocupación de hasta un 50% en espacios cerrados” de los locales gastronómicos.
El municipio le puso paños fríos a los reclamos de los empresarios gastronómicos de la ciudad que ayer se quejaron fuertemente de las restricciones que sufría el sector por la pandemia de coronavirus y que afectaban al negocio, sobre todo, en las vísperas de las fiestas de fin de año que han tenido históricamente gran movimiento.
Ayer la Municipalidad dio a conocer la resolución 147 que dispone que “los locales gastronómicos (bares, restaurant, cantinas sin show, bar americano, heladerías o minimercados) podrán ampliar su factor de ocupación hasta un 50% en espacios cerrados, debiendo garantizar la adecuada ventilación del lugar”.
Asimismo, establece que “podrán ampliar la cantidad de comensales por mesa tanto en lugares cerrados como en exteriores hasta un máximo de seis personas”. Esa norma no alcanza a “barras, tablas o instalaciones similares”. La resolución agrega otros detalles como la distancia mínima entre mesas (1,20 metro).
Las nuevas habilitaciones traen alivio a un sector duramente castigado por la pandemia. La Asociación Hotelera Gastronómica de Rosario (Aehgar) planteó que habían recibido muchas consultas para la cena navideña, pero que cuando se informaba sobre las restricciones, sobre todo las referidas al número de comensales por mesa, no se concretaba la reserva.
La preocupación del sector
Alejandro Pastore, referente del Paseo Pellegrini, señaló las contradicciones de la normativa municipal. “Es ilógico y absurdo que 10 personas se junten a jugar un partido pero a la hora de ir a tomar algo se tengan que sentar en tres mesas separadas porque el tope sigue siendo cuatro comensales en el interior de bares y restaurantes”, dijo al pedir que se flexibilice la actividad.
También destacó la importancia que tiene para los empresarios gastronómicos esta época del año: “Todo lo que recaudamos en noviembre y diciembre se aplicará prácticamente a intentar cubrir deudas”, señaló Pastore, y añadió: “La situación ha sido crítica durante todo el año por eso decimos que la situación para enero se presenta difícil si la asistencia se corta de manera abrupta. Lo mismo para el sector hotelero, más allá de que en enero y febrero, y pese a los esfuerzos que se hacen para promocionar el destino, está en temporada totalmente baja”.
Nuevas habilitaciones
Esta semana la Municipalidad dispuso nuevas habilitaciones. Así fue como, en el marco de la nueva modalidad de convivencia en pandemia, las obras particulares dentro de la ciudad pueden contar con más de treinta trabajadores, de acuerdo a lo establecido en el Decreto Municipal Nº 1534/20, que adhiere a la normativa provincial Nº 1497/20.
En ese sentido, se destacó que toda la documentación requerida para la autorización referida deberá estar en la obra para ser presentada ante el requerimiento de las inspecciones que se realicen.
Estas disposiciones buscan establecer una nueva modalidad de convivencia en pandemia de forma tal de continuar con las tareas productivas habituales contemplando las pautas de distanciamiento social y los cuidados necesarios para evitar la propagación del Covid-19.
