“Es acertado hablar de consensos para lograr la reforma”
Emilio Jatón destacó la iniciativa presentada por el gobernador Miguel Lifschitz esta lunes por la mañana en el Salón Blanco de Casa de Gobierno. “Los tiempos cambiaron y hoy la ciudadanía requiere una modernización para garantizar mayores derechos y garantías”, destacó.
En marco de la presentación del evento “Bases para le reforma” lanzado por el gobernador, el senador por el departamento La Capital dijo que es “un paso importante que debemos darlo. Todos los aportes son buenos. Tenemos que afianzar los derechos de la gente y la mejor forma de lograrlo es mediante la reforma constitucional”.
“Los tiempos se van a ir marcando de acuerdo a las necesidades. El Gobernador fue claro en que no hay plazos porque los mismos van conjuntamente con las prórrogas que conlleven las discusiones. Igualmente, creo acertado hablar de consenso para lograr la reforma y consumar un progreso histórico para Santa Fe”, referenció.
Entre los temas más importantes, el legislador enfatizó que “se debe trabajar mucho con las autonomías municipales. Por ese lado, creo que hay acuerdos por parte de la federación que los nuclea”.
Además, Jatón remarcó que “se tienen que superar los mandatos para los presidentes comunales: no es bueno que sean de tan solo dos años porque está constantemente pensando en tiempos electorales y eso se traduce en falta de gestión para los habitantes”.
Uno de los puntos que subrayó Lifschitz durante su discurso fue el de dotar de mayor soberanía a la provincia. Consultado al respecto, el legislador coincidió y manifestó que “el federalismo es una parte importantísima de la cual tenemos que aferrarnos”.
