Evacuaron un edificio por peligro de derrumbe
Fue en Luciano Molinas 1400. La desocupación del lugar es preventiva. Según informó a LT10, Carlos Macor, constructor de la casa lindera, que es encuentra en grave estado, “la justicia santafesina hace cinco años que no resuelve el reclamo”. Personal técnico hará una evaluación durante la mañana.
Un edificio ubicado en Luciano Molinas al 1400 debió ser desalojado por principio de derrumbe. La evacuación es hasta que, según informaron, personal técnico haga una evaluación durante la mañana.
En diálogo con LT10, el técnico constructor de la casa lindera, Raúl Macor informó a través del móvil que “la justicia santafesina hace cinco años que no resuelve el reclamo”. Lo dijo en referencia al estado del hogar que se encuentra pegado al edificio, en la cual la dueña ya había sido evacuada hace un tiempo y trasladada por su propia cuenta, a otro lugar. “A partir de la construcción de este edificio se empiezan a ver las fisuras sobre la casa porque la medianera está apoyada sobre la misma”, explicó.
Por su parte, Mauro Cosachov, director de Gestión de Riesgo confirmó que a raíz de un llamado de un vecino del edificio llevaron adelante el procedimiento. “Alrededor de las dos de la mañana, un hombre pudo observar como se movía el piso de su departamento y se comunicó de inmediato”, según explicó Cosachov.
Por el momento se procedió a la evacuación total y preventiva del inmueble hasta que se estudie el estado del mismo y se determine cuáles son los procedimientos a seguir.
