Fein: “La Justicia determinó que el mayor responsable fue el privado”
La intendenta Mónica Fein dijo que el municipio “mejoró los controles” y le pidió al sector privado “que se haga cargo de la responsabilidad que le toca con 35 mil espacios comerciales que están habilitados en la ciudad”
Mónica Fein habló esta mañana sobre el tercer aniversario de la tragedia del Parque Independencia, en la que fallecieron dos adolescentes al caer al vacío uno de las góndolas de la rueda gigante.
En declaraciones al programa “Todos en La Ocho”, la intendenta remarcó que el gobierno local acompañó a los familiares de las víctimas, y ratificó que la Municipalidad “no tuvo responsabilidad directa” en el siniestro.
“La Justicia está trabajando. Siempre dije que el municipio no tenía una responsabilidad directa en el tema y claramente la Justicia condenó al concesionario del parque y sigue actuando. El que tuvo la mayor responsabilidad y no cumplió con las normativas vigentes fue el privado y así lo determinó la Justicia”, sostuvo Fein.
La mandataria agregó que “la Justicia seguirá investigando. Siempre estuvimos a disposición de la Justicia. Hemos mejorado muchas cosas, sobre todo en el área de control, aprendiendo de los nuevos problemas. Y convocamos al sector privado a que se haga cargo de la responsabilidad que le toca con 35 mil espacios comerciales que están habilitados en la ciudad”, afirmó la titular del Departamento Ejecutivo Municipal.
La intendenta formuló declaraciones durante una recorrida por el Encuentro de Juventudes que se realiza en la zona de galpones del puerto.
