INTI Rafaela lanzó un importante encuentro
Participaran expertos de otros países y empresas multinacionales
El Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Industrial, a través de su Centro Regional INTI-Rafaela, se encuentra organizando el “2º Encuentro Regional de Mejora Continua – SAMECO 2016”.
Con la finalidad de concretar el lanzamiento oficial del importante evento, el instituto tecnológico en su sede local, convocó a una conferencia de prensa donde se dieron a conocer los trascendentes alcances que tendrá la iniciativa.
Encabezaron este lanzamiento, el director de INTI-Rafaela, Omar Gasparotti y Alejandro Gariglio, del área de Tecnologías de Gestión de la institución; Marcos Corach y Emiliana Hidalgo, en representación de la Municipalidad de Rafaela; y Gastón Sara e Iván Acosta, en representación del Centro Comercial e Industrial de Rafaela y la Región (CCIRR).
La actividad cuenta con el aval de la Sociedad Argentina Pro Mejora Continua (SAMECO) y el encuentro se llevará a cabo el día 31 de agosto de 2016, de 8:30 a 17:00, en las instalaciones del Centro Cultural Municipal -Pueyrredón 262-.
Ese día se brindarán conferencias magistrales, presentación de trabajos técnicos, talleres interactivos, capacitaciones y exposiciones de grupos de mejoras, siendo la participación en las actividades gratuita para todos los interesados. La preinscripción puede hacerse en la página de internet del INTI, www.inti.gob.ar/rafaela .
Este tipo de actividades de capacitación e intercambio de experiencias enriquecen y contribuyen con el mejoramiento de la calidad productiva del sector empresarial, fomentando las buenas prácticas y la búsqueda de la excelencia en la generación de productos y servicios.
PRESENTACION
En el lanzamiento formal del importante evento, el director de INTI-Rafaela, Omar Gasparotti, sostuvo que, “La SAMECO ya estuvo en Rafaela en octubre de 1998, en un encuentro donde convocó a empresas de distintos tamaños para intercambiar experiencias, con el centro puesto en la mejora continua”.
“La mejora continua -continuó Gasparotti- fue concebida originalmente como una herramienta para mejora y aumento de la competitividad industrial, y que lentamente ha ido ganando terreno en lo que es incorporar innovaciones y como herramienta de cambio básicamente”, precisó.
“Con los años -siguió- INTI ha ido tomando la posta en lo que es la difusión de herramientas de tecnologías de gestión y tiene formada una red con este nombre, que tiene 100 profesionales en el interior y cuyo corazón es la mejora continua”, sintetizó el dirigente.
ACTIVIDADES
En el desarrollo del Encuentro habrá más de 20 profesionales de América Latina, incluyendo a otros destacados de Angola, Mozambique y Japón.
Habrá 9 empresas que presentarán casos. Algunas de estas son importantes multinacionales, como es el caso de Bunge Argentina SA que expondrá sobre “Optimización del proceso de logística”; Arcor hará lo propio sobre “Eliminación del defecto de textura dura en el turrón”; y Molinos Río de la Plata (del holding Pérez Companc), sobre “Mejora de productividad en línea de producción”.
Localmente, expondrán sus casos empresas de nuestra región: Limansky SA disertará sobre “Planificación y scheduling del tren de corte de Limansky SA”; Vitolen SA sobre “Reingeniería del sector de tratamiento de lentes oftálmicas”; la empresa de capitales españoles DBT Cramaco -radicada en Sastre- disertará sobre “De RRHH a Gestión del Capital Humano”; y por último, Cantoni Grúas expondrá sobre “Reducción del tiempo de montaje en base a rediseño de métodos de trabajo”.
Por último las tres charlas magistrales serán: “Psicología para la productividad” cuyo disertante es el Ing. MBA Gustavo Santini; “El origen de la Mejora Continua. Herramientas para obtener resultados tangibles”, a cargo del Ing. Miguel Roggero; y por último, “Relaciones Interpersonales: método para optimizar el trabajo en equipo”, por el Lic. Eisuke Otawara, de la Agencia de Cooperación Internacional de Japón.
Cabe destacar además que tanto la UTN Facultad Regional Santa Fe, como el Area de Diseño y Desarrollo del INTI Rafaela disertarán sobre “Análisis comparativo de los procesos de producción de dos criaderos industriales porcinos” la primera; y “El diseño y su impacto en la mejora continua y los costos de un producto”, el INTI.
