La atención volvió a ser normal en el Cullen
Desde el Ministerio de Salud se comunicaron con representantes del gremio de médicos por el hecho de violencia que sufrieron dos profesionales de la salud y esto motivó que la atención sea normal en ese efector. Sin embargo advirtieron que “cada vez que suceda un hecho como este se procederá a restringir la atención”.
Dos profesionales de la salud- un enfermero y un médico- fueron agredidos en la noche de ayer por un paciente que ingresó a la guardia y reclama ser atendido con urgencia. Como consecuencia de este lamentable hecho, los profesionales nucleados en AMRA restringieron la atención en el efector y se declararon en estado de alerta.
Durante la mañana de hoy funcionarios del Ministerio de Salud de la provincia se comunicaron con el representante del gremio, Néstor Rossi, y es por esto que- luego de llegar a una serie de acuerdos- se resolvió levantar las medidas.
Al respecto, Néstor Rossi, explicó que “ante cualquier hecho de violencia se actúa restringiendo y entrando en un estado de alerta pero la medida ya se levantó. Nunca fue un paro, fue un llamado de atención que se solucionó fácilmente”.
En las medidas pautadas, “coordinamos mejorar el rondín y la seguridad interna en el hospital en cuanto a la presencia policial, sin aumentar el número, sino pidiendo que caminen más” y se barajó como posibilidad “hacer una requisa al azar para ver qué se obtiene de eso”.
“Esta persona se llevó la mano a la espalda en tono amenazante y esto es habitual. Las agresiones verbales están incorporadas a lo nuestro”, comentó el médico y remarcó que “la decisión es que ante cualquier hecho de estos, restringimos el servicio”.
Asimismo consideró que “esto es educación, nos va a llevar mucho tiempo pero hay que incorporarla porque con la educación se llega muy lejos. Estamos codo a codo con el personal enfermero y el colega a los que les sucedió esto”.
Por último destacó que “el hospital Cullen puso mucho, hacía rato que no escuchábamos todo este lío pero de vez en cuando pasa esto”.
