La EPE tiene 48 horas para responder sobre el tarifazo

El defensor del Pueblo de Santa Fe, Raúl Lamberto, confirmó que la Empresa Provincial de la Energía (EPE) debe contestar en un lapso de 48 horas el oficio que le envió un oficio solicitando informes en relación al fallo de la Justicia Federal de San Martín, provincia de Buenos Aires, que suspendió el aumento dispuesto por el gobierno nacional en la energía eléctrica.
En diálogo con el programa A Diario (Radio 2), Lamberto señaló: “Hemos mandado un oficio para que se aclare sobre las facturaciones que el usuario ha recibido hasta el momento que salió el fallo judicial y en sgundo lugar, cómo procederá la empresa a futuro”. Según el funcionario, la EPE pidió 48 horas para responder.
“Camesa es el órgano que administra el sistema que fija precios mayoristas. Al haberse retirado los subisdios y aumentado los precios mayoristas se trasladadorn a la distribuidora mayorista que es la EPE”, explicó el ex ministro de Seguridad provincial. “Por lo tanto –continuó–al suspenderse el aumento de Camesa, automáticamente impacta en el EPE, por eso le pedimos que nos informe sobre sus próximos pasos”.
La semana pasada, la Secretaría de Estado de la Energía y la Empresa Provincial de la Energía (EPE) informaron que, en virtud del fallo del Juzgado Federal de San Martín N° 2 que frenó el aumento de la tarifa, todavía no se conocen los mecanismos y alcances por los cuales se instrumentará la suspensión ordenada.
Según el comunicado emitido, de quedar firme la medida por la cual se volvería al esquema de precios mayoristas anteriores al 1º de febrero de este año, la EPE trasladará dichos efectos a los usuarios finales.
