La Justicia anuló un matrimonio porque el marido era homosexual
Antes de casarse la pareja rosarina había tenido un noviazgo de nueve años.
La pareja contrajo matrimonio en noviembre de 2013. Pero a los diez meses de casados el hombre le confesó a su mujer su orientación sexual, por lo que dejaron de convivir.
Según trascendió, en la causa declaró un hombre que en enero de 2015 comenzó a salir con el marido de la mujer.
Según cita el portal Tiempo de Justicia, en la resolución la jueza del Tribunal Colegiado de Familia Nº 7, Gabriela Topino afirmó que “no obstante el trámite matrimonial realizado, la voluntad de ambas o al menos de una de las partes no es sincera, sino que su propósito se encuentra muy distante de lo que las palabras rituales han querido expresar”. La magistrada admitió la demanda y declaró la nulidad matrimonial.
