Laboratorio Apolo: los vecinos denuncian que sigue funcionando
Desde la fiscalía aseguran que el lugar del siniestro está preservado y custodiado por personal de la GUM.
Vecinos del laboratorio Apolo denunciaron que, pese a la clausura municipal, en la planta productora de sueros se sigue trabajando. Diariamente, advirtieron, camiones cargados de mercadería entran y salen de los depósitos del local siniestrado, en Alem al 2900, y de otro galpón de Alem y Amenábar. Es más, muchos aseguran que los movimientos comenzaron a los pocos días del pasado 27 de junio, cuando una de las calderas del laboratorio voló por los aires, dejando a una persona herida de gravedad y provocando daños en una decena de propiedades del barrio Tablada.
La foto que ilustra esta nota fue tomada el viernes pasado y muestra claramente como un camión abandona los depósitos de Alem y Amenábar pertenecientes al laboratorio Apolo. La denuncia llegó al fiscal que lleva adelante la investigación por el siniestro ocurrido en la fábrica de sueros.
Según relataron varios vecinos a LaCapital, los primeros movimientos de camiones empezaron apenas unos días después de la explosión. Primero fue en forma esporádica y sembró sospechas sobre la posibilidad de que se retiren elementos importantes para determinar el origen del siniestro. Pero, en las últimas semanas, “salen y entran a diario camiones, tanto a las instalaciones de Alem al 2900 como a las de Alem y Amenábar”, aseguraron.
“No caben dudas que el laboratorio sigue trabajando. Se escuchan máquinas y hay vehículos cargados de bolsas de sueros”, apuntó otro vecino que, como todos los que aceptaron hablar con este diario, pidió mantener su identidad en reserva por temor a represalias de personal del laboratorio que logró sembrar desasosiego en el barrio.
Generalmente, señalaron, los camiones se mueven por la tarde, “de la misma forma en que lo hacían antes de la explosión, cargados hasta el tope de bolsas de consorcio transparentes donde trasladan los sueros”.
Preservado. Voceros del Ministerio Público de la Acusación, confirmaron que el fiscal Walter Jurado recibió la inquietud de los vecinos. Según explicaron, la fiscalía no tiene injerencia en la clausura del lugar, ni está en sus manos controlar si el laboratorio funciona.
A la fiscalía corresponde ordenar la preservación del lugar donde se produjo el siniestro, los fondos del laboratorio que dan sobre el pasaje Drumond. Ese lugar se encuentra protegido por un cerramiento metálico cerrado con candado y se solicitó que se le asigne personal de la Guardia Urbana Municipal para su custodia.
Desde el equipo de trabajo del fiscal aclararon que todos los elementos de importancia para la investigación están registrados en fotografías y en distintas pericias; de modo que, aseguraron, no hay forma de modificar la escena del siniestro sin que esto pase desapercibido.
“Una cosa es la preservación de la escena y otra es la clausura del lugar. La fiscalía pide que se preserve el lugar para la investigación del siniestro, el cese de funciones corre por parte de la Municipalidad”, repitieron.
Sospechas. Lo cierto es que la actividad del laboratorio sigue levantando sospechas en el barrio que lleva años denunciando irregularidades en el funcionamiento de la planta.
A pocos días del siniestro, se vinculó a uno de los directores técnicos farmacéuticos del laboratorio fue procesado como instigador de amenazas en el marco de la denominada mafia de los medicamentos. Y algunos de sus titulares involucrados en causas de estafas a la administración pública y contrabando de sueros al Paraguay.
Aun así, dos meses antes de la explosión, el 13 de abril, había sido autorizado por la Administración Nacional de Medicamentos, Alimentos y Tecnología Médica (Anmat) a producir efedrina.
El Ejecutivo municipal elevó toda la información disponible a la delegación Rosario del fuero federal.
