Entre la batería de acciones que presentó este miércoles la intendenta Mónica Fein para combatir la inseguridad, uno llamó especialmente la atención del concejal Jorge Boasso: que las patentes de las motos se puedan leer también en el casco de los motociclistas. Se trata de un proyecto de su autoría presentado en 2010 que este jueves volverán a discutir los ediles.
“Yo le pregunto a la intendenta: ¿por qué no instruyó a sus concejales, para que aprueben esta ordenanza?”, disparó el concejal radical a través de un comunicado.
La iniciativa, con antecedentes en Mendoza y Colombia, nunca llegó al recinto en estos años, según Boasso, por oposición del socialismo.
“Luego de seis años de que el proyecto duerme en comisiones sin que el socialismo lo apruebe, hoy la intendenta la presenta como una solución y novedad para paliar la inseguridad que golpea a Rosario”, se quejó el concejal e insistió: “¿Por qué no instruyó a sus Concejales, para que aprueben esta ordenanza?”.
Consultado por A Diario, el programa que conduce Alberto Lotuf por Radio 2, el secretario de Control y Convivencia Gustavo Zignago reconoció que los cascos con identificación son una herramienta de prevención más contra el delito y defendió la labor de su oficina.
Señaló que por semana se realizan unas 500 remisiones de vehículos con documentación irregular al corralón y advirtió que la mayoría de los delitos “ocurren en motovehículos en los que viajan más de una persona”.
