Procesaron al estafador que le robó 200 mil dólares a Karina Jelinek
Una buena noticia para Karina Jelinek que hace algunos meses denunció de manera pública y judicial a José Luis Reidy, con quien tenía una relación de casi padre e hija, y a quien le confió todos sus ahorros para que se los resguardara en su caja de seguridad y este no se los retribuyera.
Desde “Nosotros a la Mañana” contaron las novedades desde el ámbito judicial: “En las últimas, horas Karina Jelinek recibió una buena noticia y muy mala para el hombre que ella dijo que era como su padre, José Luis Reid, porque lo procesaron sin prisión preventiva”, dijo el periodista Pampa Mónaco.
Y agregó que José Luis “va a seguir en libertad porque es un delito con una pena en expectativa baja”, no sin antes puntualizar que el hombre “está procesado y lo embargaron”.
Además, detalló qué dice el documento sobre lo que Karina reclama ante la Justicia: “Se le atribuyó haber perjudicado personalmente a Olga Karina Jelinek al no haberle restituido en tiempo la suma de 153mil dólares y un anillo de diamante solitario de marca Tiffany, cuyo valor de venta rondaría los 24 mil dólares”.

Al tiempo que desde el ciclo televisivo se comunicaron con la abogada de Jelinek, Ana Rosenfeld que sumó: “Lo embargaron por 60 millones de pesos, si no los tiene lo van a inhibir… ¿Qué significa? no puede hacer nada a su nombre”, finalizó.
