Rosario: realizaron una inspección judicial en la seccional 12ª de barrio Ludueña
Se trata de la comisaría de barrio Ludueña. El fiscal Pablo Socca busca determinar si una persona investigada por balaceras y extorsiones estuvo detenida en ese lugar.
La seccional 12ª de barrio Ludueña, que fue allanada este jueves, ya había sido atacada a balazos en febrero pasado.
La seccional 12ª de barrio Ludueña, fue blanco de una inspección este jueves a última hora. El operativo fue realizado por efectivos de la Agencia de Control Policial. Según trascendió, en el procedimiento no hubo detenidos. Fuentes del Ministerio Público de la Acusación (MPA) aclararon que técnicamente no se trató de un allanamiento, sino de una inspección durante la cual se tomaron copias del libro de ingresos e egresos en esa dependencia.
Voceros del MPA también aclararon que tampoco se secuestraron teléfonos celulares del personal de la comisaría ni de sus titulares. La medida judicial realizada en la tarde de este jueves fue ordenada por el fiscal Pablo Socca, de la Unidad Especializada en Balaceras y Extorsiones, y buscó corroborar si una persona investigada por esos delitos habría estado detenida en ese lugar.

Al menos 10 disparos impactaron contra el frente de la seccional y otros 5 contra un móvil policial estacionado en el lugar. A cinco cuadras, en Urquiza y Magallanes, la noche del viernes anterior a ese atentad, una mujer de 38 años fue asesinada a balazos y un bebé de 6 meses resultó herido.
