Ruta 34: Gendarmes denunciados por apremios ilegales
El conductor de un automóvil denunció que le fue colocada una bolsa de nylon en la cabeza, y que le pegaron sin motivo alguno. Habría ocurrido tras un procedimiento en la ruta nacional 34, y resultarían implicados tres gendarmes que cuentan su base en la ciudad de Ceres, dependiendo del Escuadrón Vial 5 que funciona en Rafaela.
Información dada a conocer por medios de prensa del departamento San Cristóbal, permite tomar conocimiento sobre que una denuncia por apremios ilegales fue radicada por un automovilista, tras ser interceptado por efectivos de la Sección Ceres de Gendarmería nacional cuando transitaba en la ruta nacional 34.
Al respecto, información oficial dio cuenta de que en un procedimiento se detuvo a un par de rosarinos transportaban mercadería ilegal del rubro tienda, valuada en más de 200 mil pesos, haciéndolo en un rodado que había iniciado la marcha en la salteña población de Orán.
Poco después quien manejaba un Chrysler denunció a tres gendarmes por apremios ilegales, cuando junto a un amigo venían de comprar ropa en Salta destinada a un comercio radicado en Rosario.
Según figuraría en la denuncia, les fueron solicitados los DNI, y documentación del auto y de la prendas adquiridas, lo que habría sido entregado. Así las cosas, según lo relatado en la presentación de mención, les fue pedido que acompañen a los servidores de la ley hasta la sede de la Sección.
Alli, no se les habría brindado explicación alguna -a la vez que habrían sido privados de sus teléfonos celulares y el dinero que portaban- en un contexto en que ambos rosarinos fueron esposados.
No todo habría terminado alli, dado que al denunciante le habrían colocado una bolsa de nylon en la cabeza a la vez que le aplicaron golpes en el rostro y en el pecho, en un suceso de duró varias horas.
