Salta 2141: “Nos decepciona la lentitud de la Justicia”
Marcela Nissoria, cuyo marido murió en la explosión del 6 de agosto de 2013, dijo que el juicio oral y público tal vez se haga en febrero o marzo próximos.
El próximo sábado se cumplirán tres años de la tragedia de calle Salta 2141. Marcela Nissoria, familiar de una de las víctimas de la explosión, afirmó que ese grupo está decepcionado por “la lentitud de la Justicia”, y estimó que el proceso oral “se llevará a cabo el año que viene”.
En declaraciones al programa “El primero de la mañana” de La Ocho, Nissoria remarcó: “Sumamos un año más y la Justicia aún no se han pronunciado. Sumamos un año más y no se establecieron responsabilidades. Sumamos un año más y el Estado aún no ha implementado políticas públicas para que lo de Salta 2141 no vuelva a suceder. Estamos bastante decepcionados, más allá del dolor que venimos cargando. Esto suma dolor al dolor. Queríamos ser tratados de otra manera”.
“El juicio está demorado porque los artículos de la ley lo permiten. El juicio oral fue una lucha nuestra porque los abogados defensores han utilizado todos los recursos para demorar todo. Se tomaron todo el tiempo para dilatar todo el proceso. Creemos que el juicio recién se realizaría en febrero o marzo”, agregó Nissoria.
