Terminó condenado
Santo Tomé: robó y prendió fuego una vivienda
Esta no es la primera sentencia de este tipo para Rojas, a quien en diciembre de 2020 impusieron 3 años de prisión en suspenso.
El juez Jorge Patrizi condenó a un hombre de 28 años por haber entrado a una vivienda de Santo Tomé, sustraído elementos e incendiado el lugar.
Así lo resolvió luego de que la fiscal Rosana Peresín y el defensor particular Néstor Pereyra le presentaran un acuerdo de juicio abreviado.
Juan Marcelo Rojas fue condenado como autor de los delitos de "hurto" y "estrago doloso", a la pena de 3 años de prisión de cumplimiento efectivo.
Esta no es la primera sentencia de este tipo para Rojas, a quien en diciembre de 2020 impusieron 3 años de prisión en suspenso.

Los hechos ocurrieron la madrugada del sábado 4 de marzo del año pasado.
Acompañado por un cómplice, Rojas ingresó a un domicilio ubicado sobre la calle Agustín Delgado, a la altura del 3500, en su intersección con calle Arenales de la ciudad de Santo Tomé.
De allí sustrajeron un ventilador, un ropero, indumentaria y elementos escolares. Momentos después, previo a retirarse del lugar, los ladrones causaron un foco ígneo.
Las llamas no sólo se apoderaron de la casa, provocando la destrucción total de la misma, sino que también hubo grave peligro de propagación hacia las viviendas lindantes.
Los delincuentes lograron darse a la fuga. Rojas fue identificado y detenido, tras lo cual lo imputaron y permaneció en prisión preventiva hasta que fue condenado.
