SUBE: hackearon el sistema y no se puede cargar la tarjeta en el subte
El inconveniente persiste por segundo día consecutivo y sólo afecta al sistema de los subterráneos en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Desde la empresa operadora remarcaron que este desperfecto técnico no impide que se pueda viajar por la red de transporte
La recarga de las tarjetas de transporte SUBE se encuentra suspendida por segundo día consecutivo en todas las estaciones de subtes de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. De acuerdo a lo anunciado por la empresa operadora Emova el inconveniente inició a partir de un hackeo del sistema a las 15 horas del día de ayer.
Vale aclarar que el problema solo afecta al sistema de los subterráneos por lo que la red SUBE en el resto de los transportes públicos opera con normalidad y que este desperfecto técnico no impide que se pueda viajar por la red de transporte.

“Nuestros servicios operaron siempre en forma normal y no fueron alcanzados por esta situación, no obstante, algunas prestaciones se ven afectadas, como la recarga de SUBE, la página web, entre otros”, aclararon desde la cuenta oficial en Twitter de Emova.
Al mismo tiempo brindaron como alternativa: “Si estás sin saldo en tu tarjeta SUBE, podés comprar un subtepass en la boletería o realizar la recarga en cualquiera de los otros puntos habilitados en la superficie”, precisaron desde la empresa operadora de subtes y Premetro en CABA.

Por último, la empresa operadora, señaló que trabaja en la pronta solución al problema técnico y lamentó los inconvenientes generados. “Es importante remarcar que todo el servicio de subtes está en funcionamiento y que sólo está afectado el sistema de recarga de SUBE”, insistieron desde Emova.
