Trabajadores en “estado de asamblea” ante el fin de la conciliación
Walter Pereyra es delegado de Empleados de Comercio. Advirtió que en caso que de que los supermercados vuelvan a despedir trabajadores podría haber una nueva conciliación obligatoria.
Tras el fin del período de la conciliación obligatoria por la ley de descanso dominical, las empresas ratificaron su posición contra la norma provincial. El gremio mercantil, por su parte, se mantiene en estado de asamblea y estimó que en caso de haber despidos podría dictarse una nueva conciliación.
“Hasta el momento no tenemos novedades, el sábado los compañeros ingresaron normalmente y consideramos que han sido reintegrados a sus labores”, señaló Walter Pereyra, delegado de Empleados de Comercio. Sostuvo que el gremio se encuentra “a la expectativa y en estado de asamblea permanente” y “a la espera de cómo se desarrolla esto”.
En contacto con “El primero de la mañana” de La Ocho, Pereyra afirmó que en caso de que las empresas decidan avanzar nuevamente con los despidos podría volver a dictarse una conciliación obligatoria, ya que entiende que los anteriores telegramas perdieron vigencia: “Los telegramas anteriores decían que eran ante la inminente aplicación de la ley, y hoy estamos en una instancia distinta, la ley está en vigencia y se debe respetar”.
Pereyra agregó que desde el gremio mercantil apelan “al sentido común de los empresarios ya que no hay ningún argumento válido que acredite una supuesta crisis o baja de ventas”.
