Videos: fuertes lluvias azotaron París y provocaron el colapso de la capital francesa
Una torrencial lluvia golpeó la capital francesa la tarde de este martes, obligando a interrumpir temporalmente el transporte público en la ciudad y en la Isla de Francia.
Videos compartidos en redes sociales muestran las calles de París inundadas, torrentes de agua en entradas de estaciones de metro y árboles tirados por el viento.
Al menos 35 muertos por fuertes lluvias en el noreste de Brasil
Tras semanas de olas intensas de calor, las precipitaciones llegaron a la capital francesa, registrando durante 90 minutos 46 milímetros de lluvia en la zona del parque de Montsouris. «Es la lluvia más fuerte que ha caído en 24 horas desde los 72 mm de agua registrados durante la violenta tormenta del 11 de junio de 2018», según el canal La Chaîne Météo.
Corrientes: más de 100 familias evacuadas por intensas lluvias
Las fuertes precipitaciones, junto al granizo en algunos lugares y los fuertes vientos, obligaron a varias estaciones de metro a cerrar sus puertas poco después de las 18:00 (hora local) por cerca de dos horas, mientras el agua caía por las escaleras de acceso a los andenes.
Asimismo, varias carreteras quedaron bloqueadas por árboles caídos, informaron medios locales.

El Servicio Meteorológico Nacional de Francia declaró en alerta naranja a cinco departamentos del país, todos ubicados en la costa mediterránea, por el riesgo de tormentas potencialmente violentas.
