Braden Wallake, CEO de HyperSocial expresaba en la red para conseguir empleo “Esto debe ser el posteo más vulnerable que compartí en mi vida. No me decidía si compartirlo o no. Acabamos de despedir a algunos de nuestros empleados, y ya van varios los despidos que veo en LinkedIn las últimas semanas, ya sean por cuestiones económicas u otras razones. ¿La nuestra? Mi culpa”, comenzaba relatando el mismo.
“Tomé una decisión en febrero y me quedé con esa decisión durante demasiado tiempo. Ahora, sé que mi equipo dirá que ‘tomamos esa decisión juntos’, pero yo nos guíe hacia ella. Y debido a esas fallas, tuve que hacer hoy, lo más difícil que he tenido que hacer. Siempre hemos sido un negocio primero para las personas. Y siempre lo seremos. Días como hoy, desearía ser el dueño de un negocio que solo se preocupa por el dinero y no me importa a quién lástima en el camino” continuaba expresando Wallake.
“Solo quiero que la gente vea que no todos los directores ejecutivos son insensibles y no les importa cuándo tienen que despedir a la gente. Estoy seguro de que hay cientos y miles de personas como yo. De los que no ves hablado (…) Sé que no es profesional decirles a mis empleados que los amo. Pero desde el fondo de mi corazón, espero que sepan cuánto lo hago (…)” terminaba su posteo el CEO, cuya repercusión llegó a Twitter.
